Ocmis Begins Work on Armada Way Regeneration in Plymouth
Ocmis is delighted to announce that we have officially commenced work on the Armada Way regeneration project in Plymouth. This ambitious transformation, led by Plymouth City Council, aims to revitalise the city centre, creating a greener, more inviting public space with new walkways, enhanced landscaping, and striking water features.
Our journey on this project began in late 2022, with Ocmis playing a key role in the design process from RIBA Stages 2-5, led by our Design Manager Dan Haines. After months of collaboration and planning, we were officially appointed in December 2024 to deliver the system, and works are now well underway on site, with major progress expected throughout 2025.
