Ocmis Install Cutting-Edge Irrigation Pumpset at Trump International Golf Links Aberdeen

In March, Ocmis successfully installed a cutting-edge irrigation pumping station at Trump International Golf Links Aberdeen. Manufactured at our workshop in Somerset, the pump set boasts stainless steel manifolds and six powerful Grundfos pumps, capable of delivering an impressive 256 cubic metres per hour at 9.6 bar pressure.

A notable feat of this installation is its placement within an existing GRP pumphouse, originally not spacious enough for such a large-scale pumpset. Overcoming space constraints required detailed planning and innovative design solutions to ensure safety and efficiency during installation.

This new pump set, the largest ever produced by Ocmis, promises to enhance the irrigation infrastructure at Trump International Golf Links Aberdeen. It will optimize water distribution to both existing Championship Course and the new course which is currently under construction. This achievement highlights Ocmis’ commitment to advancing irrigation technology and improving the efficiency and performance of one of the world’s most renowned golf courses.
