Irrigation Installers

Due to continued growth, we are looking for additional candidates to fulfil the positions of general operatives/ground workers and pipe layers to join our irrigation installation teams. This role will involve working away from home on golf course, sports turf and landscape projects throughout the UK and occasionally in Europe. The position will involve working on a 10 night away, 4 night home shift pattern with excellent earning potential with excellent accommodation and overnight expenses provided.

Plant and Vehicle Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic, or Agricultural / Plant Engineer, to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be capable of performing a variety of tasks related to the assembly, maintenance, and repair of our fleet of vehicles, construction plant and associated equipment.

This role requires hands-on experience with both electrical and mechanical systems, as well as the willingness to take on the service and repair of a wide range of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Assemble and disassemble machinery and equipment as required.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and carry out necessary repairs.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
• Perform soldering and welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in equipment performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling tools.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to effectively organise your own workload.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
